i wake up happier every day due to this little bud. i may sound corny all of the time on my blog, but i feel so blessed to experience motherhood. it truly is the most gratifying and consuming experience. no matter what, we have this amazing little spirit to take care of.

and...........yeah!!!!!!! it is in the 70's today and the sun is out! thank God!! we will be out the second he wakes up to soak it all up before it gets cold again. seasonal affective disorder is gone today! the top pic sums him up, he usually makes a gasping laugh with that face...

i love this hat on him. his little cheeks are so soft and i swear that he smells like candy!

weekend peek

this weekend easton turned 7 months!! it is a miracle before my eyes. i never knew that there was a love that was this intense. it is so exciting to hear him jabber and watch him move. nothing like the smile that greets you 24/7 as well. i love the last pic of heath and easton doing their thing on the sofa together. he is going crazy in the jumparoo as i type this. off to go get passports for the cayman islands now!!!!!!!! yippee!

in the jumparoo....

there is a wonderful creation called the jumparoo that was given to us( thanks beth!!!!!) that is a big hit. it is great to hang out with e on the porch while he jumps to his delight. it is hilarious when he really gets going. the top photo was towards the end when he was a little tired. i just want to kiss him when i see that pic!!!!!!!!!!

the big ducky

another exciting milestone at the ritch household! easton outgrew his tubby and is officially now in the big blow up ducky. he had the greatest time sitting up and splashing and playing. it was so fun to watch. he is sleepin like a babe now.........luvbug...

it is unbelievable that is is already a whole new year. i have to say, 2008 was by far the best year of my life with the birth of my son. heath took these bottom pics the other day when i was getting easton dressed and i love them. just thought i'd share...
