boy

easton played in the dirt last evening and i loved it. i love having a boy with his little dirty fingernails after he played. i can't wait for the day when he catches lizzards. so fun.

so....anybody that knows me knows I love good food. heath made us yummy pancakes this morning, us meaning me and the fuzz. look how small his were, like quarters!! so cute!!! he tried a nibble and loved it. you can see how small they are compared to the strawberry! then we had some bubble time... great sunday so far. every sunday has been the best ever since he entered our lives. i love him so much.

earlier today we went to the park and enjoyed the weather, though it is still cold to me!.... and how beautiful savannah really is. bud was busy with some leaves in this pic and the temper flared when we wouldn't let him eat them.....

well we are back to reality! cayman was incredible as always! so much to do now!!!

when i look at this picture of easton it makes my heart melt in a different way. he looks so much like my brother frankie here, it is like he is speaking to me through him. it is a same expression that he had. just peaceful and happy. my family is so fortunate to have this new life in it with frankie's spirit that shines through. i love you and miss you so much, we all do.

this is some serious loving going on here. easton is in his grammy's arms and she couldn't have been happier. this is such a huge reason for moving back to the east coast from california. family is so important. i sure do miss cali though too!!!!!!!!!

afternoon delight

it's a boy anniversary!!!!!!

today is a year exactly that we found out we were having a boy. what a great day, i'll never forget it. i knew i was going to have a boy. we went to vinnie's and shopping for easton after the ultrasound. it was a warm february day, like it was meant just for us... just like he was born in june, the end of spring and the beginning of summer. i can't wait to take him to the beach all of the time. this pic is the first time they brought him to me. it is such a miracle, the whole thing. we bought him a book "the little pea" that day and i just read it to him. there is truly nothing better than his love.
