i have been shooting more in the past few days, simply inspired by my little boy. he is 15 months now and getting more fun everyday! talking, laughing, hugging and wanting to do everything! good morning!

we miss you frankie...

today is here again, the 9th anniversary of my brother frankie's passing from brain cancer. i miss how he would make me laugh non stop. from when i was little, a song was playing and joked, "this is our song", and it was "just the two of us". we would always laugh hysterically when we heard it. there was something amazing about him. his love of the outdoors, animals, his great sense of humor and his peaceful way. we all love and miss you so much. i'm sure you'd be in africa or planning your next safari if you were still here. now i know you are on an eternal safari, smiling and bringing great energy wherever you are. i love you so much.

special little lady

today i had the honor of meeting this family. this little lady.... cora, is in remission of leukemia. that is amazing news, she looks fantastic and is all about having a good time. my heart, prayers and good energy are with this family to beat it and never look back. i have a feeling she will be great. my best wishes to you always. your family is beautiful mandy.

everyday

so for those of you who follow my blog, you see the entries have slowed down....that is because my almost 15 month old is everwhere and doing everything! life is busy with this little bud. he is more fun everyday, laughing and joking and always happy. i am so blessed to be his mama. i love watching him drink from his little cups! he is talking more saying ball, cheese, knee, beach, boat, fish.to.. all in his little special voice, almost dolphin like. he loves to dance, each time i am on the computer he has to get on my lap and he raises his arms to dance. i always have to put music on for him, so sweet. have a great day and enjoy every second.

family

what a great weekend. my brother came in from arizona and the rest from florida. it was so nice to have everybody here. my adorable mama insisted on cooking all of the italian food for saturday. mom, it was incredible as always. it is so sweet how you love to take care of us. easton loves your meatballs too!
